Well submersible pump is mainly water immersion and oil immersion, both of which are composed of water pump and motor. In order to ensure the normal operation of the electric pump, it must be carried out according to the following methods.

娱乐中心1. Before using the electric pump, use a megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance of the motor, and the minimum value should not be less than 5 megohm. The inspection method is to connect a terminal on the megger to the cable line of the electric pump, and connect the other terminal to the motor shell. Shake the megger and observe the insulation resistance value.

娱乐中心2. Check the cable for ground cracks and scratches. If there is any damage, it should be replaced in time to prevent leakage.

3. The water immersion motor should open the irrigation bolt, fill with clean water, tighten the bolt, and then dive into the water. If oil leakage is found in the oil immersed motor, the sealing element should be replaced before diving into the water.

娱乐中心4. Before the electric pump submerges into the water, fill the pump with clean water, empty for 1-2 minutes, and start it twice to check whether the idling and starting are normal. If the direction is opposite, switch the two-phase wiring.

5. Check whether the lifting pipe has cracks and whether the connection is firm.

娱乐中心6. When the electric pump is submerged or lifted, the cable shall not be pulled to avoid cable damage or disconnection at the joint.

7. The power supply voltage should be controlled within 5% of the rated voltage. If the voltage is too high or too low, the motor will be damaged.

8. The electric pump shall be vertical when diving into the water, and shall not be inclined.

娱乐中心9. The electric pump shall not transport water or mud with more sand content. The sand particles in the motor cavity should be cleaned frequently and the clean water in the motor cavity should be replaced.

娱乐中心10. The actual head of the pump should be within 0.8-1 rated head. This can improve the working efficiency of the electric pump, save electricity, avoid overload operation of the motor, and prolong the service life.

娱乐中心11. After the pump is used, it should be cleaned, coated with oil on the metal surface to prevent rust, and keep it in a dry place vertically. Water immersion motor should also discharge clean water in the motor.
